What or who is a Regional Lead?

A regional lead is a leader, trainer, or administrator who is responsible for identifying and mentoring workforce champions in agencies throughout their designated region. Regional leads work with workforce champions to actively advance the careers and organizational participation of the direct support workforce. They also work collaboratively with their region to best implement the Code of Ethics and the Core Competencies.

There are seven regional leads. For information on the lead for your region, please view the Regional Map.
